Turning the Page: A Gentle Space for Healing

October has been a heavy, taxing season for so many of us. Whether you spent the last month navigating deeply personal storms, or simply feeling the exhausting weight of changing times—where the systems of support we rely on seem to be shrinking and much-needed aid is being cut—the toll on our minds and bodies is undeniably real. It is easy to feel isolated when the world feels increasingly cold and transactional. But as we step across the threshold

into November, we are allowed to gently exhale and reclaim our boundaries. Healing begins when we stop waiting for external systems to validate our struggles and instead start advocating for our own well-being. Let this new month be a quiet sanctuary where we intentionally protect our peace, care for one another, and remember that our nourishment—both physical and spiritual—is a sacred right, not an afterthought.
